SCS started its journey as a proprietorship company by Prosenjit Sinha, a young passionate person in the year 2007, who suddenly left his Job from a prestigious position to fulfill his vision. That time in Bengal when people were penetrating for a stable job, but in this man’s mind stroked something else. He dreamt to make an enterprise where many young men will work, learn something in an entrepreneur mind set. His journey started by making his bedroom his office and with a laptop worth Rs 20000/- or 300$ approx. The printout for client proposals was taken from Cyber café. If he had got something which gave his life an about-turn, is a person who is a hardcore coder, Mr. Sankha Chaterjee. The struggle that he and Mr. Chaterjee have went through is the present time’s comfort which SCS is giving to them.

This year SCS purchased its own office at Belur about 26 km from Kolkata’s IT Hub and changed its status to a Private Limited company. Silver Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd then was full with West Bengal Joint Entrance Board’s project along with some more clients like Kalyani University, West Bengal Co-operative service commission, West Bengal Primary Council etc. Within a few years, SCS became a prominent name in Education vertical or very specifically to say a professional person in human psychometric tests and bringing out the best brains that may be fruitful in competitive examination or in the recruitment process.

In 2018, SCS shifted its new office to Newtown Kolkata, India, the heart of the IT Hub; just beside TCS, Cognizant Technologies and other IT major companies. These companies are far big compared to SCS. But SCS still ready to take challenge and accept the difficult projects whether it’s BIG DATA, ERP or even development of dynamic website. Today about 150+ young talent work with SCS. We have spread almost every state of INDIA. In the year 2018, SCS was awarded by INDIA 500 as “Most promising IT Company” then in 2019; SCS received INDIA ICON AWARD by Blindwink.
